Torvalds Loves The Nexus One...Even Though It's Not a True Linux Phone
Linus Torvalds has never liked mobile phones; he finds them to be irritating and distracting and a serious impediment to productivity. However, the famed Finnish software developer bought a Nexus One phone a week ago, and he has declared his love for Google's new smartphone. Torvalds wrote on his personal blog that he loves the concept of a mobile phone running Linux; but prior to the Nexus One, he never felt like a true Linux smartphone had been executed properly.
Now, Torvalds says the Nexus One is "a winner." So why the sudden flip-flop?
